Tableau Dashboard Mobile layout swipe per view

Tableau Dashboard Mobile layout swipe per view I am designing a tableau dashboard in Tableau 10 which will be accessible via desktop, tablet, and phone. I have created a different layout for each device, however I am wondering if there is a way to configure it so that the mobile layout presents each view on its own and the user can swipe ...

Tableau Mobile layout not working for Story

Tableau zooms the visualization on mobile for the story. So at a time, only one part of the dashboard is visible. And I need to navigate horizontally to view the rest of the dashboard.

Tableau Mobile

If Tableau Mobile does not support direct configuration for idle timeouts, can an IdP handle the timeout configuration so that Tableau Mobile can recognize and enforce it? If this isn't possible through the IdP integration, are there any alternative solutions or configurations within Tableau Mobile that would allow for session timeouts?

Tableau Mobile: Access and Dashboard Action

We want to try Tableau Mobile, but we have some problems with the mobile app: Since we have permission control, users can only explore the dashboards they have access. Now we control their access through the table of contents, however, in the mobile app, all users can view all the dashboards through the hub of Explore.

Unable to scroll horizontally on Tableau mobile

Unable to scroll horizontally on Tableau mobile I have been trying to place a horizontal container with three visuals in total (in a row) and trying to give a user a horizontal scroll experience. There is already a question found in the community.

Tableau Mobile only shows dashboards, not projects

Thanks for reaching out. I am a PM on tableau mobile team and looking for ideas to improve search experience on mobile. I was wondering if you would be open to talking to me to share your use-cases, and help me understand why you want different projects on mobile app. Please let me know and we can setup a time to talk. Thanks, Shweta

Tableau Mobile: allow deep-linking to dashboards [RELEASED]

It's good to hear from you! I'm pleased to say that, with the release of the re-designed Tableau Mobile app released on February 26th, internal deep-linking has improved. The app now recognizes URL actions with on-premise Tableau Server deployments and opens the target seamlessly within the app.

Tableau Mobile

In Tableau desktop and tableau server this works perfectly. But when i login using phone i am not able to see those icon/ shapes which triggers the navigation action filter. Please help me with this issue.

Tableau Mobile App Security

The mobile app is pretty much connecting to Tableau Server just like your browser would - so all you need is port 80 or 443 open in your firewall. Expand Post Upvote Upvoted Remove Upvote Reply

Only show View in Tableau Mobile

When you open the workbook, Tableau Mobile defaults to the first sheet, but you can then switch between sheets using the workbook icon in the top bar. If you're using the same content consistently, I'd recommend favoriting the workbook so it shows on the favorites screen without duplications or having setting filters.
